TERMS & CONDITIONS

• You may be asked for a refundable £20 booking fee when you book your session, this is only to secure your booking and NOT a charge. Your fee will be refundable at the end of the viewing session where you come back to view your images. Session slots are very precious to us, so this is a non refundable fee if the client fails to arrive for the photoshoot or viewing session. You can of course re-schedule without any charge if you notify us before the booking time. 
• Only one of our photography sessions can be claimed by each family. Not available to those who have had a photography experience with us over the last 12 months.
• You choose your complimentary image at the viewing session, no cash alternative is available. Please be aware you will need to come back to our studio to view the images. We cannot choose the image for you. This is to comply with our GDPR policy as you will need to sign the ordering sheet to confirm your order. The viewing session is such an important part of your experience with us.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• This offer is for new sessions only and cannot be used to purchase images from a previous session.
• Your portrait session must be booked within 3 months of issue of notification of being selected for a session.
